Awful Customer Service
Extremely difficult to get beyond the virtual attendant to a live person. Once you do they simply are not willing to help beyond their policy by making accommodations as appropriate for fostering deeper customer loyalty. It's like hitting your head against the wall for 30 minutes!

Packed to arrive in good condition
Box looked dented, and I was worried that the glass shelf would be broken, but opening it could say that the box was built to allow for rough handling and still protect the refrigerator part.

kept sending me the wrong size shelf
I was sent the wrong size shelf not once but twice. Only to be told I would have to get a refund and reorder. Which I decided not to do, since I figure it they can't get it right two time, why go for the third

Told to get the wrong part
I ordered the exact replacement shelf that the Sears representative on chat told me to get after providing my model number....and it was the wrong part. Too small for my fridge! Now I have to return it.

Shelf to small
Shelf in freezer never fit, to small , shelf would fall down , slip off track and fall aleast once a month, should have called ,but i thought that was the right shelf, till i bought a new one that fits better, alittle wider that doesn't slip off track.

Easy to install
My refrigerator shelf broke when a sparkling wine bottle made an explosion inside of my fridge. I went online and order the part four or five days later I received the part very well packers and I installed in two seconds.
