Chat bot not accurate
Used the chat bot to buy a mower deck belt for my Husqvarna RZ5424 zero turn mower. This is the belt I received. It's only 97"s too short. This mower is hydrostatic and doesn't have a drive belt.

Perfect parts quickly
The pulley installed easily. The drive belt was more involved requiring the removal of other several other parts. Sears direct had articles and videos of how to do my repair which are extremely helpful.

Wrong parts/Missing parts
I did not receive the nut or the bolt for the pulley and the pulley was the wrong pulley. The lady helping me on the phone was really nice and helpful, just ordered the wrong part and didn't receive some

Not easy to install
I did receive the drive belt, but not the other parts It takes to long to get parts from you. Don't worry about it. If this was a good review it would be published. I have found another vendor for my craftsmans parts.
