TUb seal 110.26002011 install
Easy to install difficult to get to. I had a real issue getting the spin basket out of the tub. There installation video made it very easy looking but my 3 year old washer was not going along with that scenario. I even did the chat deal and that was worthless, they ran me through the set of questions (did you do this and that), and of course I had done everything as the video had suggested but still no luck. I let them know the problem and the agent suggested I call a service technician, not helpful. I ended up taking the whole unit out of the metal casing (exterior), laid it on it's side took the transmission 4 bolts off, and basically using a long board I pounded the shaft to loosen it from the corrosion. Oh and the spin basket top ring has water in it, from what I understand this is done at the factory for balance, but of course I could not get one Technician on any site to confirm that, I finally found it in a blog.. FInding the parts on-line was pretty easy, getting them here in a timely manner would have cost me as much as the parts. So we had to wait a full week at the standard shipping rate. THat needs to be addressed- if you had parts available locally then it would not matter , but because Sears no longer sells parts out of stores you are forced to order them and pay through the nose for shipping, or be without a major appliance for 2 weeks.
