Missing a component
This frame DOES NOT Include the piece that has the labels that indicate the crispness that goes on top of the frame NOR is sold separately. Ended up returning the item

Very easy install
Very easy toi install. Gave me good opportunity to clean the refrigerator. One thing to make sure of when you install the new unity, make sure you re se the metal reinforcement bar from the old unit.

disappointing, did not completely solve problem
Although it was easy to install the part itself was made of flimsy, unstable plastic. It is also missing the horizontal piece that goes across the front. The part immediately started to bow in the middle as shown in the picture.

Easy replacement
Just removed the old cracked unit, cleaned the places you don't norrnaly see, and installed the new part. Easy.

About nine pieces had to be removed the old frame and reinstalled on the new one.customer service did not explain that when I ordered.
