Direct fit replacement, with one tiny problem.

Was very easy to install, make sure you buy the gasket as it doesn't come with it. Only problem I had was "hanger" on this replacement muffler, utilizes a different hole on the head. That particular hole was NOT threaded. Thankfully I had a tap and die kit at home.
