Reviews
Tabs vs. Putty knife
The motor wasn't the problem, it was the tabs that broke off when using a putty knife to remove the cover plate. No matter how careful you are, these are obviously one time use snap in place tabs, not to be removed. Shame on the engineering...!

Easy to Install - Very Quick Delivery
Ice Chute Motor was easy to install. I tested both the old motor and the new one with a 9 volt battery. I also replaced the power board because it has 4 relays on it to operate the ice chute and several other devices..

Flawless experience
Less expensive than other sites, arrived 3 days earlier than estimated (despite the Christmas rush), installed in 20 minutes thanks to YouTube, and works perfectly. Nice to have ice again. Pay attention to the YouTube instructions and save yourself over $100 for a service call. 30 minute repair.

As long as you know how to get the front cover off
Easy as long as you know how to get to the part itself.
