I was in the process of ordering this product (Hotpoint refrigerator/freezer door gaskets) online when a representative text box popped up asking if I would like help. I said sure. I told him what I wanted, and gave him the exact refrigerator model # and serial #. After less than two minutes he said he had the gaskets I needed. I said. I said, "sure. I'd like to order them.". The order was received about a week later. But, unfortunately, they were gaskets for a completely different fridge. Mine is a side by side refrigerator freezer. The gaskets I received were for a refrigerator with either a top or bottom freezer. On the bright side the return was very simple on-line, I printed out their RMA with postage paid shipping label. I took it to a UPS store and received my refund the next day.
