Good customer service
The the first vacuum beater belt that the representative helped me select sent was the wrong size. Sears Direct resent a new belt that fit perfectly. I would recommend Sears Direct and use them again for all my vacuum cleaner belts, filters and refrigerator filters.

Wrong part sent
was sent the wrong belt for my model vacuum. Could not use or install it, wrong size. Representative would not give me the part number so that I could order it myself, and ordered it for me. Tried to send back and was told my model number was too old. My vacuum is only 1 year old! I feel like there is a transparency issue here. Got a refund but I still need a belt. Will have to go elsewhere.

Very Disappointed!
After just a few minutes of vacuuming, the new belt broke. I contacted Sears customer service to order a replacement, and after 20 minutes on hold, I gave up. Very disappointed!

Easy to install
It took less than 5 minutes. Put the belt on the driveshaft first. Then put the belt on the beater bar. Support the base of the vacuum and stretch the beater bar with the belt into the mounting slots. Reinstall beater bar base.

Wrong part 3 tines already
Have bought 4 set of belts for my kenmore intuition vacuum cleaner and they can't seem to sent right one. Called company that manufacturer that vaccum and he agreed they jeep giving me the wrong one. Very upset this has been going on for 2 months and I can't use my vaccum. Had to rent one just to get good vacuuming done

Broke as soon as we turned vacuum on.
I felt confident ordering this part because it was through Kenmore's own website, and I carefully matched the part number to the model number of my vacuum. However, my husband, who is super handy and has done this kind of repair successfully before, found it broke as soon as he turned the vacuum on. We wasted not only the money for the belt, but for shipping as well.
