You sent the wrong part
I tried to order the rear wheel for my lawnmower on line. It was listed as out of stock and out of manufacture. I called for assistance, told the assistant it was not available on line and he said he could help me. He charged me and sent me a front drive wheel. I managed to grind the wider wheel down and make it work. He should have told me that he was sending me the "more expensive" wheel that wouldn't work without re-engineering it. I'm not happy!

So happy to have found the wheels I needed for my lawnmower
I didn't think I could get replacements for my old mower but the Sears representative found them for me even though the website said they were no longer available.
