Hard to install as you have to take the whole thing apart, but I already knew that. What gets me is I have to order the small trim buttons separately. Kinda Mickey-Mouse on your part as you KNOW the old ones cannot usually be reused anyway. All this for a product you haven't made in 15 years seems rather obnoxious to customers. Either bundle them together and raise the price or note the requirements on the ordering screen.
