wrong element set
the requested coil elements were wrong and damaged besides. They have been just dropped into a box with NO packing so they rattled around during shipping causing the damage. I must say though that your rep Andy that I talked with about this deserves every possible good thing that you could do for him, He took care of the matter very efficiently and fast with apologizes for someone else's neglect. To say the least I was very frustrated!!
