Horror Story - Sears Parts Direct
My refrigerator crisper drawer developed a big crack and needed to be replaced under my protection plan. I called Sears Parts Direct to order the part. What a messed up experience that was! In my opinion, Sears Parts Direct representatives are completely incompetent. Unless you have a warranty or protection plan with Sears, my advice is to go somewhere else.
