Steering shaft 738-0919B links the steering wheel to the sector gear, allowing you to control the direction of your lawn tractor. It replaces part number 738-0919A.
If your tractor is hard to steer or the steering feels loose, a worn or damaged steering shaft could be the cause. Replacing it restores proper steering response and handling.

I have had the LT 2500 mower for 10 years and this is the 1st repair. I followed the directions with the only issue being the machine screw loctite in place at the bottom of the shaft. I had to drill it out and replaced it with a hex head bolt with a lock washer. The mower drives great again!
