After months of waiting for the right part, receiving wrong part twice, I sold the mower , so no I don't have any reason to buy any Sears product.

Awful Customer Service
Customer service, pick out the part I needed. Wrong part. Tried to return it but they won't accept it because I opened it. Very disappointed with this company.

WRONG PART!
Cable is not long enough and does not fit mower. First of all, the cable is 10 inches too short. It does not have metal collar to adjust tension like the original. There is no anchor on the end of the cable to attach in drive lever assembly. Tried to return and get a refund, Sears parts direct people unwilling to help.
