Very disappointed
I thought a company as reputable and knowledgeable as Sears would be able to help me locate a door bin for my refrigerator. The Sears representative seemed to be helpful. Spent the better part of a long phone call making sure we had the right part. And, by the end of the call, we were sure it was "the right one. Of course, The Parts# was changed, and the WRONG bin was sent to me.
