Easy to install
Make sure power is off,undo 2 screws inside oven,unplug 2 wires on back after taking backing plate off,put new element in and the 2 screws, put wires back on and backing plate on-put stove back in place and turn on power---Done

Arrived earlier than anticipated, good price. Much better than hiring someone, very easy to put in. Hardest part was undoing the rusty screws of my old one.
