Exact replacement other than no wiring channel on the top.
Installation took fifteen minutes to replace the 12-year old ice maker in our Frigidaire fresh food compartment. The original ice cube tray had cracked, resulting in water draining into the ice bin and freezing the cubes solid.

Easy install, five minutes with minor modification
The replacement wasn't exactly like the OEM original. The original had a "channel" for the wiring to run and the new one didn't. I was easy enough to swap the chassis of the original and the new. Other than that, ice maker works great

ICE MACHINE MAKES ICE REALLY SLOW. BYING ICE STIL
CAN YOU TELL ME IF THIS ICE MAKER THAT I JUST INSTALLED 4 DAYS AGO HAS A BUTTON ON IT SOME WHERE THAT HAS FAST TO MAKE ICE OR SLOW TO MAKE ICE. IT ONLY MAKES ICE EVER HOUR AND HALF. I JUST DON'T GET IT.
