Missing parts and confusion on order
Order arrived quickly but was short 3 blades, so Sears sent the missing 3 blades and again few days later we received another 3 blades, probably the original missing blades. So we had to return 3 blades, so was bit of an ordeal but finally things were rightened, Sears was helpfull in the return transaction, but not clear on details of who was to set up the pickup of items...in the end we are satisfied with the ordering of mower blades online since our local store has been closed for years....
