I would buy this product again most definately.
product arrived earlier than expected which is a definately plus. Installation was easy just took a good amount of time with all the screws that had to be removed and connections that had to be unplugged. Machine works great just like it idd whenit was new.

I would purchase from sears parts every time!
My LG dryer was making a banging sound. It needed a roller. The person who works for me took it apart and saw the problem right away. I called sears parts, they asked me some questions and I received the part in a couple of days.

The front and rear rollers are exactly the same
Install was OK, they sold me the complete roller and shaft but I only needed the roller.

Time consuming
It is not hard to install it just takes time to replace the roller because of having to take off the top & front of the machine. I used an appliance technician.

Not the exact same part.
The part that I received is not the roller from the backside of the dryer, which is the one I needed. It was the same as the rollers in the front of the dryer. I used it anyways and it works. The picture of the part I ordered that Sears emailed me for a review is what I needed with the correct hardware, so I'm not sure what happened here. I think whomever pull parts for the order just saw 'drum rolller away' and pulled the part not knowing there are two types. Hopefully I won't have any issues, dryer works just fine after the repair.

Perfect Replacement
This was an exact fit and high quality. Took an hour to tear down the dryer to the point I could replace the set of 4, so I wanted something of quality and these did not disappoint. Good price too.
