Easy ordering process
I used the online chat feature on the Sears web site to order two replacement shelves for my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. The agent on the other end was knowledgeable, and was able to post pictures of the part I thought I needed, and then was able to complete the order while I was there in the chat. The parts arrived within a few days with no problems or damage. The packing was exceptional and amply protected the glass shelves. The only disappointment in the whole ordering process was to be told that Sears does not accept American Express any more.
