Rapid Delivery, Poor Packaging
I received what I had ordered (Left Refrigerator Crisper Drawer) in a very timely manner from Sears Parts Direct. However, it had been shipped in a very large box without any packing material, except for a very thin bubble-wrap layer around the crispers drawer. There was no protection for the crisper drawer to keep it from bouncing around in the shipping box. Needless to say, the item arrived with the entire front panel and handle broken off from the rest of the rest of the crisper drawer. Fortunately, all that I needed was the wheeled frame attached to the crisper drawer bottom. So, I removed that part and installed it onto my existing crisper drawer. My old crisper drawer is now functioning as new.

Perfect
The crisper doors in my refrigerator- the plastic broke on two sides which made it so the wheel was no longer attached. I ordered two new crispers and they were the perfect replacement! I now have two new crisper drawers where the wheels are attached!

Our refrigerator Crisper Drawer roller broke off. I went onto the Sears parts on the internet with the model and found the exact replacement drawer. I ordered the replacement drawer, it came very quickly in a well packed box. The fit was perfect

Crisper drawer
It took 6 months and several returns before finally receiving the correct crisper drawer! Not sure why we encountered so much incompetence!

Caveat Emptor
Picture shows the left side drawer, but the vegetable drawer is the right side. 2 stars for being original equipment and brand new, -3 stars for website processing the order twice, saying it failed twice, and then sending the order confirmation twice the next day, and the wrong side snafu

Damaged Crisper
ordered this replacement part 3 times via chat option and each time it was shipped it came damaged (small plastic piece broken off, damaged in shipping). I returned each time and then ordered direct without chat function and the 4th drawer that came was undamaged.
