Total crap and a bait and switch!
Total crap! I ordered grade 8 nuts bolts and washers only to get cheap aluminum garbage, my order never showed for two weeks and got returned to California and has been lost in nobody at Cedars wants to help out and figure it out. I will never order from Sayers again, it's no surprise you've gone out of business

I expected better service
On the plus side, the parts arrived promptly. I ordered a pair of replacement scraper blades for my snow blower. One was ok, the other blade had two glaring issues. The plastic blade was badly warped on both ends and damaged from having been previously installed. Looks to me that I was sent a returned part. I will return damaged part for another one. Whoever is in charge of returns dropped the ball by not destroying an obviously defective and damaged part, allowing it to get back into the inventory and ultimately wasting my time by having to write this review, print off a return label, wrap up the part and finally drive to my Post Office to send the part back.

Good part, decent price.
Good part. Easy installation. And ordering this part came with a pleasant surprise; the part is reversible. Meaning that when prolonged operation wears down the leading edge the opposite side of the part can then be used as well! This is an added benefit that I wasn't expecting and I didn't see it advertised as such.
