Easy replacement
Get the part number of the part needing replacement and ask Sears. It arrived in a couple days and replaced them myself.

Quick and Easy Replacement
The new shelf was ordered by phone and arrived in a few days. Very easy to replace one that had been accidentally cracked. It's important to be careful that nothing is sticking out on the refrigerator's interior shelf which could hit the door shelf when the door closes.

Bins arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Were packed so well an elephant could have sat on the box and still not damaged the bins.
