Easy to install
It was our Microwave vent grill - the old one cracked in a place that was a difficult to repair even with jb weld so we had no choice but to order a new one

Easy to install. two screws already there
Screw casing had broken on the grill so I looked it up and Sears PartsDirect website was very clear on the part I needed. Had to replace the entire grill but it was easy.
