Part Works; packaging awful
The part works fine. However, the packaging was not done well. The ring element was tossed is a box with just a small block of styrofoam protecting the connectors. Nothing whatsoever to protect it inside the box. It wasn't even bagged, tagged, or labeled. I'll assume it was new, but no way to be sure.
