Outrageous price for this item
I have extended my warranties on this Sears dishwasher and it is still OK after 10 years. However, the bottom rack in particular has had its prongs bent, broken off, or rusted--time for a replacement. The replacement rack is outrageously priced, did not include a utensil insert like the original, plus it took a while to figure out how to attach the wheels correctly (no diagram or instructions were included, and lastly it took a while to get since it was out of stock for weeks.

Rack is great
Got the rack delivered really quickly. However, the wheels that came with the rack weren't quite right for the dishwasher, causing a rub. I just used my old wheels and it fit perfectly.

Didn't fit
The dish rack took 4 months to arrive. I received multiple emails on the delay. They all mentioned Covid. Preventing the spread of Covid has nothing to do with shipping appliance parts. Then the rack didn't fit. I used the wheels from the old rack on the new rack and it sticks, but is functional.

not worth it
Part is a cheap impostor of the original. different color, and cheaply made. adjustable tine holder doesnt fit. wheels do not right right either. grossly over priced ($270) . sending email for a refund now.

Wheels Too Large
Wheels on replacement were wider than original part so rack did not fit properly. Had to reinstall wheels from old original part for it to fit.

Dishwasher rack
The replaced rack is great. It is of good quality and is a duplicate replacement. It would help if it included assembly instructions. Fortunately assembly instructions were available on the internet.

No instructions. Had to figure it out.
Instructions for assembling it really would have been nice. Figured it out by trial and error. Sticks when putting rack in or pulling it out. Not really happy.
