Could have been better but managed
While the price was cheaper than a few other sites, I had purchased this drain pump primarily due to it's availability. I had purchased a hose in addition to pump and both showed in stock. Fast forward the pump was shipped one day after the hose and Sears decided to use a slower delivery method. Go figure! I was forced to pay $8 dollars more for upgraded shipping with my UPS account, just to get it on time with the hose to do the repair the same day. Now I received the pump, and it was partially damaged! The package in the box was poor! Fortunately, it was just the plastic cover over the pump so I was able to use glue but come on. This was really a crappy experience. I'd probably use another company for parts in the future going forward.

Very easy to install
Saved lot's of money instead of calling a plumber. Some things are pretty easy to repair yourself just takes a little knowledge.Plumbers are to expensive when little fixes are so easy.
