Great replacement, communication issues
This part was very easy to replace with patience, and attention to detail. The communication issue was that after I ordered the part, their system reported the part had been back ordered without an expected delivery date. I phoned and began the cancellation process for a refund as soon as possible so I could have the funds to find another replacement, since my family was facing Thanksgiving without our oven. The next morning I got an email notification that the UPS shipping label had printed and my order was being packaged up to ship. I phoned back and anxiously tried all I could to cancel my cancellation so the part would ship! If a part is on hand, your system needs to show that it's on hand, not that it's backorderd until further notice.
