I received the paint along with about 20 things I Didn't order! I called to let them know and their way of thanking me was to try and have someone come out to my house and sell me something! If you guys screw up like that again I won't bother calling!

Scratch touch-up paint

Customer service helped me find the right color to touch up a scratch. This is a perfect match and very easy to use. The bottle has a shaker bead to mix it. It's a tiny bottle, but I didn't need much.

First of all The Touch up paint I ordered originally did not show up as a part on the online catalog after putting in my model number. I was able to online chat with a rep who was very helpful and directed me to the Bisque touch up paint I needed. He also ordered the part for me , so all in all the online experience was great. Secondly and most important was the touch up paint for my 10 year old refrigerator was spot on! The color and texture was perfect in as much as nobody could tell it wasn't the original paint job. The refrigerator looks brand new again. Wow! $12 worth of touch up paint saved me $1500 in in new refrigerator. Only Complaint was whoever packed the item for shipment did a lousy job. The little paint container was thrown into a box that was way to large with zero packing material. Thank Goodness our UPS Guy was alert and I was home to inspect the package before I accepted it. The box had ripped on one side but the paint somehow stayed in the box, so I was able to accept the delivery. The small paint container could have easily fell out. Otherwise I would give this a 5 star review.
