Seat knobs
These knobs doesn't fit, and now I was told that this item is not returnable. This is unacceptable. I am out of my 10$ and I still haven't gotten what I need from Sears parts department. If I would have known that Sears parts department treat customers like this I wouldn't have support this organization. I guess this experience is worth 10 dollars.
