Good product, good price. No instructions or description. Arrived with valve fully open for natural gas and had to be adjusted clockwise to almost a complete close for LP. Did not leak once installed... double checked with gas leak solution and hydrocarbon sniffer. Delivery took 2 days longer than originally stated on ordering.

Didn't adjust to propane gas

Tried to change valve to use propane instead of natural gas. Not able to get the flame small enough even with the nozzle all the way down.

didnt install package was open part looked used

range oven gas valve.part was received and when i opened the box the package inside was ripped open and the part inside appeared to look like it was either rebuilt or it was used so i called a rep and the were suppose to send me a return slip which i have been waiting for for over two weeks now and i am not happy with my service.
