Parts are great, packers and service not so much
The parts fit perfectly. However, they got the order totally wrong the first time. They sent me 4 screws and a screw-on pipe clamp instead of a carb adapter and a gasket set. Part numbers aren't even similar either. Then the service guy wanted me to return the stupid parts. I'm not going to mail you your 2.50 in parts, even if you do pick up shipping. How does that make any sense, from a business perspective? Thankfully he let me keep the parts (even from a carbon neutral perspective that's better). He also acted like it was a big deal that we weren't going to be double charged for shipping. I'm like, "darn tooting I'm not paying double for shipping because of your mistake". All's well that ends well though. The part fit right and went in quick.
