Parts from Sears
I ordered parts for my riding mower, they work great BUT... there was a huge problem with the delivery AND the order....1). when I ordered the parts, I specifically asked for washers, not once, but three times to go with the mower blade bolts i ordered, what i got was 2 sets of bolts, ones that fit and ones that doesn't come close to fitting, but is non-returnable and NO washers to use with the bolts....2). when i placed the order, I asked the person who took the order to make a note telling the delivery driver WHERE to place the package when it arrives, he said he did, but to my surprise, I had to walk over 3 and a half acres to find all of my order because the package was placed where the dog, she's a good dog, had access to it and tore into the package and scattered the parts all over the place, this is the 2nd order I received from Sears that I stated where to place the package if i am not here, the first order was a belt for the mower deck blades, it too met the grinding teeth of the dog because the package wasn't place where i asked for it to go and the belt got chewed up, I may have to re-think about future orders from Sears or shoot the dog, so yes I am NOT very happy with Sears Parts Direct right now.
