Perfect for my snowblower
I bought a secondhand snowblower that was missing a safety ignition key. I called, got the part information, and bought one. It was pretty straightforward and I got exactly what I needed. There really is no installation; you just pop the key in, and away you go. However, the representative I spoke with did not listen when I spelled my street name, and they got it wrong. I'm just glad the package got to my house, because that mistake was totally preventable.

Key and shear, cotter pins
Purchased a key for snow blower and shear pins along with the cotter pins also. I somehow misplaced them and couldn't find them. Got on Sears.com ordered the parts and received them in about a week. Snow blower is at least 10 years old. Very good experience
