The product is perfect
The parts seem like the correct ones. The communications with sears after ordering ? Not real good. The order never updated. Even after going a week beyond the promised delivery date it still did not update. I emailed Sears and it took two working days to get a response. I had already requested a refund through paypal, then later the same day the parts were delivered and sears sent me an update email !!! I probably will never use parts direct again. I'll just buy a new weed trimmer ! Geez !!!
