Horrible

This part was backordered and I waited 2 months for it to arrive. It's described as a plastic replacement shelf and NOWHERE did it say it was only the frame and did not include the glass!! I payed over $50 for a cheap piece of plastic. I would return it, but the service is so bad I didn't want to go through the hassle. I used another parts site to but the glass...that was $20 and came in 2 days! Neversears again. No wonder all their stores closed.
