Very poor services, and we believe part was bad
No instructions with part Called for assistance 3 times, on hold 1-1 1/2 hrs each time. Got 2 different agents who were not helpful at all and disconnect the call. Third call agent Terry and she was the only helpful one, conclusion new part received was bad and she is resending new one and we are returning the one recd

The spade connections are a different size and would not fit the wiring harnest. Had to make modifications to the harnest
