Installing
Product fits as it should, but attaching the front spring makes it seem that the deck wheel, has to be removed to complete installation. Any advice will be appreciated.

I searched and searched for a mulching plug for my Craftsman riding lawnmower, to no avail. I even went to the best most complete parts house in my area and was told that they could not find the part.

This is exactly what I needed when my old mulch cover broke
This is the exact fit for my mower. Sears Parts Direct wasn't the lowest price, but apparently they are willing to haggle and matched the price I found on the internet.

The Part Works
We have always loved Sears but we miss the Sears stores. The part (mulching cover) was for my Sears tractor purchased in 2014. It fit correctly and works as it should. The ordering was easy but delivery took too long.

Craftsman riding lawnmower block plate
I had a difficult time trying to correctly look the part. I had my model and serial number available. I ordered what I thought was the correct and was mistaken. The block off plate appears to be for a larger deck maybe a 52' or larger. I didn't want to deal with hassle of returning the part resulting in several more weeks of me not being able to mow my lawn and the possibility of ordering yet another wrong part. I trimmed it down to fit the best I could and it mostly fits. I hope this stops the repeated emails asking me to review this part. If it wasn't already clear the part was fine the process to order the correct part was difficult and very unclear
