perfect perfect perfect!
This knob was an exact match for my stove. My Kenmore Pro stove is discontinued so it was really difficult for me to find a replacement knob. The knob was easy to install and it looks great. I'd like to change all of the knobs but it's a little pricey at almost $100 each.

Terrible customer service
The customer service team has no clue what part goes where. They have sent me the incorrect part now twice. This is what you get when you outsource to a call center overseas. I am still without a temperature knob for the oven going on 2 months. I suggest you hire people who actually speak English and know what an oven is.
