wrong part twice then told I couldn't get it
I ordered after a chat online. Although I asked for black, the part ordered was white. I called back immediately, to say they ordered the wrong part. They couldn't stop it, because it was already ordered. SO I asked for the black glass, and paid again. But this time they ordered a metal pan. Nothing to do with an oven door. When a i called again, they said they had no black glass for my stove. Out of luck and $290 of parrs that I had to ship back
