The product was fine

Product was fine but didn't fix the issue. Spent 300 to be watch the outer tub be shredded in the spin cycle. Assume now the tub is out of balance for some reason. Bought a new washer since I already wasted 300 and didn't fix the problem.

Came a week earlier than expected. After I disassembled everything I found stainless steel basket was cracked through in 3 places. Now I have to return parts. At least Sears is easy to work with
