Nice Match For a Wolf Oven - Just Arrived Damaged
Pan arrived in a pristine plastic padded envelope. No sign of shipping damage. However, the blue ceramic coating was scraped off almost one entire corner of both the pan and top. Returned it and bought another which I hope arrives in better condition.

Broiler Pan
It took 3 attempts to get one that was not damaged, However I will still order items from Sears parts Direct. They really tried to remedy the situation. i blame the shipper at the warehouse for not looking at the product. The first I received was bent and the top was rusted where the enamel had chipped off. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!:( He/She must have seeen that
