Not happy
I spoke to a representative and asked for the fuel lines to replace ALL the fuel lines for my Chainsaw. He said trust me I am a senior representative and I worked in service...I know. Well he doesn't! I discovered there are two sizes of fuel lines and he only sold me one. Also the length doesn't not seem to enough. Thanks for the misinformation.

I will never buy this product again!!!!
I waited 14 days to receive this roll of 6 ft hose!! On the 13th day I canceled the order because it was not shown as shipped yet!! They gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation and the next day I received the hose!! No notice it had been shipped !! No confirmation number!! No tracking number and no refund for the hose!! I don't know who is running this place but they need to find a different job!! 13 days to put a little roll of hose in a shipping envelope and ship!! Wow .never again and I was a firm believer in craftsman for many years!! Not no more !! I will be getting rid of all craftsman tools ,chainsaws, riding lawn mower Anything that has their name on it because of the way they treat their customers!! A has been company!! Adios !!
never again, Clintonville Wisconsin

String trimmer repair parts
The parts were all correct and arrived in a timely fashion, despite the original delivery time prediction of several weeks.

Not difficult with special tools
I replaced the primer fuel bulb, fuel lines and fuel filter on a craftsman chain saw. Disassembly was straight forward and easy to get to the fuel bulb and fuel lines. The most difficult part of installation is getting the fuel lines threaded through the holes in the fuel tank and pulling enough line inside the tank to install the fuel filter and have the return line on the bottom of the tank. This is accomplished by trimming the end being inserted in the tank far enough so that it can be easily inserted in the holes at least an inch. Then use a needle nose pliers with very long handles to grab the lines inside the tank and pull while feeding the lines through the holes. Attach the fuel filter, slip it back in the tank and reassemble the chainsaw.

Easy to Install the fuel line on the Craftmans
I have a Craftmans Leaf Blower that my brother gave to me. On the parts manual it had marked 1995. My brother said that he did not use it and would not start. I tore it apart and the fuel line was crumbled and hard, after ordering new fuel line it was easy to replace it with a new line. It took about 30 minutes to replace it and it started right up and I blew the leaves out of the yard and around the porch and side walk.
