Very Poor service
I contacted your customer service 6 times. The last 4 times your customer service reassured me this order was cancelled. I have the printed chat with the dates and person names. Two weeks later I received this product. I contacted your service again and they told me they do not know what happened! I was told I could return the product if I paid the shipping. I contacted my credit card company and they help me dispute the charges. Finally I told your service person I was not paying for the shipping to return so they sent me a return label. I have dealt with your company since June 5 and it was not a good experience.
