wrong parts
When I spoke to the representative I informed them I was only looking for the burner. I was sold the entire assembly including the electronic controller which is not needed and I do not know what I'm going to do with. I should have known by how expensive this order was. The burner probably should have been less than $100. Instead I was sold more than I needed or wanted at a price of $392.30. When I try to call and speak to someone I am just directed in circles back to the website.

Replaced Burnt out Burner Kit.
The replacement was done by a technician from the Gas Company. It was the first time he was doing it. He received help from a colleague over the phone. According to the technician it was not difficult to replace the burner kit. It took about 30 mins.
