Wrong ParthI
I ordered a part for my stand mixer. The pic they sent was the wrong part. I called and told the Rep and he assured me that it would fit. I got an email 2 weeks later stating it was on backorder. I then requested a refund. After I received the refund the part was delivered. I sent it back and they sent it to me again. It is now on its way back a second time.

Kitchen aid stand mixer flat beater replacement
My mixer is quite old and the beater was literally falling apart. Order a replacement from sears. It arrived when promised and fit perfectly.
