So glad to get my dishwasher rack
I can't give 5 stars because I have to wait 6 weeks-- which I know is not bad -- but I am inpatient. The worst thing is that it came with many parts and no printed instructions. zi am going to struggle!!

Fits and works
It came with no instructions and 2 wheels missing. Fortunately a previous review pointed me to a YouTube video on installing and I was able to remove 2 wheels from the old rack and use those.

Does hot fit
Rack was not for my model Dish Washer. Even it said when ordering it that it would. Returned it and still waiting for my credit!

Won't work
We've been out of town and finally got a tour and they put it in and it won't fit correctly inside the dishwasher. Even though it's the correct model number

Sent the wrong parts
I Called the parts number and ordered the dish racks over the phone. They still sent the wrong items and then would not reimburse me the shipping charges

Great product. Confounding install.
I have an older dishwasher and wanted to replace the racks instead of the whole dishwasher. Ultimately, that project was a success. What was not satisfying was that the racks came with a bag of random, confusing parts and zero instructions or documentation. I was advised to buy a Do-it-yourself manual (around $12) but that didn't help at all. I finally found a YouTube video with clear step by step instructions. I'm still left with parts that I don't know what they're called or how to use them, but I was able to replace both upper and lower racks - strangely, with little help from Sears.

a bear to install, too big to close door !!
I did not find any assembly instructions. So I proceeded. One of the adjusters had the "screw" pre-assembled in the wrong direction. I struggled for an hour before I finally discovered this. Onto the center water spray arm assembly. I had to cut the old rack to get it out. There are little "clips" that attach to the wires of the basket. No way to get it in. So, had to partially disassemble the unit into 2 pieces. But, after a few years in service, the clips were brittle and snapped off. Another 2 hours figuring a way to attach the water spray arm. Final insertion in the washer. Can't close the door !! The unit is a fraction of an inch too long front to back. The wheels on the side slide into a channel. A clip is installed to prevent the wheels from coming out upon. Clips stick out just far enough to block the door. I used wire tires as a "stop" Finally done, 5 hours. For $200, just put the money into a new dishwasher.
