MISSING PARTS
The bagger came WITHOUT hardware or assembly instructions. I spent 43 minutes on the phone with Customer Service, talking to four different people who could not understand what I needed. I asked each person for an American English speaker and was passed three times to a person with a heavy accent who was difficult to understand. I NEED THE HARDWARE AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. I cannot possibly install the bagger without hardware and instructions.

Cheaply made and didn't fit right
The mount didn't fit so I had to use a hammer and grinder to get it to fit. After and hour I got it mounted. The next thing that didn't fit right and was cheaply made was the section that mounts to the grass port. The shape isn't right and it won't fit snug leaving a half inch gap that grass blows out of. Also the slit for the tab on the plastic tube isn't in the right place and had to be forced on at a bad angle which I expect will eventually tear and then I'll have to figure out how to mount it after that. In all this product is cheaply made and poorly designed, and it should cost half of the price.

A must have for lawn tractor.
Exceptional product - better than I had expected. Given my lawn tractor is almost 10 years old, it was quite a challenge to find this attachment, until I reached out to sears parts direct (which I should have done first!). I used the online chat to identify this component and order. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful and made it a very pleasant experience, even helping to adjust the price based on competitive pricing I had found online. I mow about 3 acres. If I time it right, I don't even have to empty the bins until I am completely done mowing. I should have purchased this 10 years ago! Now my grass is clean and our dog doesn't track in grass throughout the entire home.
