Good quality part, but the wrong one...again.

Sears can't seem to get this right. This is the second time I have ordered this part and I got the wrong one again. It seems to be of good quality, but it is too short, and the one they sent me was already returned by someone else for the same reason; I know because their notes complaining that it was the wrong part were still in the package.

For a second time I was sent the same wrong part as the first time. I sent back the first item and received the same wrong item a 2nd time. Going somewhere else For the correct part.

The cable I received is way too short. It seems to be of good quality, it just doesn't fit.

8" to short

Once I saw the cable was to short, I adjusted all the pulleys out as far as possible and the new cable was 8" short of bolting up properly. In order to get my machine working again, I fabricated a piece of steel to make up for the 8". This should of been an easy job. Very disappointed in the product.
