The wrong part!!!

Despite assurances that the part had been updated and that it would still work on my older version of this model of refrigerator, the part was the wrong size. Furthermore, it did not resemble the photograph. Delivery was also painfully slow. All around terrible experience. No wonder Sears is having issues.
